Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for providing motivational leadership to a small but committed field sales team. With a customer base comprising builders' merchants, specialist timber merchants and flooring retailers, you will maintain a small portfolio of key accounts and will be responsible for ensuring that the team achieves stretching but realistic sales targets.

Ideally educated to degree level, you should have proven success in a B2B field sales management position and will be able to demonstrate how you have led your team to deliver increased sales growth.
