Following the continued success and expansion of the business in recent years we are now looking to recruit an experienced and talented Finance Recruitment Consultant to lead a new division, specialising in financial recruitment across the media sector. Reporting into the Directors, you will have an exciting and unique opportunity to be an integral part of the establishment and growth of this division, gaining a foothold in the media sector by utilising our existing extensive client network and developing new business through establishing your own networks.

As part of the establishment of this new division you will also gain fantastic exposure and experience in delivering business strategy, in terms of marketing, branding, events, process implementation and internal recruitment. The day to day role will see you lead new business, maximise cross sell opportunities into our extensive media client base, manage client account management, candidate management, research and resourcing. Our intention is to build a team of specialist Financial recruiters who you will eventually lead and manage.

Experience Required

To apply for this role you must have solid recruitment experience gained in finance recruitment. You must have the confidence and experience to manage clients and candidates with the level of professionalism that is expected of our business. You must have demonstrable experience of working across a broad, varied and busy workload where strong organisation and time management skills are essential. An understanding of, or experience within finance would be hugely advantageous but not essential, although a desire to further your finance knowledge and develop your recruitment skills is a must. Working with media clients, your communication skills must reflect your audience and therefore a friendly and approachable person would work well in this role.
