TEKNO Surgical was established in 1996. It is involved in the distribution of specialist medical products, targeting key niche areas:Orthopedic – Surgical - Aesthetic. The Company has approximately 25 agency agreements with world leading manufacturers of orthopaedic, surgical and aesthetic products.

Purpose of Role:

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will support the Sales Manager in the Aesthetics division, by providing Tekno Surgical customers with clinical support in the sale and distribution of Aesthetics products, throughout the UK.This role will cover the whole of the United Kingdom.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Clinical Support to Customers in the area of Aesthetics
• Support and assist with demonstration and training on company products
• Assist customers with clinical, technical and commercial enquires and provide follow up service, as required
• Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships
• Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, competitor information and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the market place
• Assist with implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within Aesthetics
• Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings
• Provide general back up support to the sales manager in the Aesthetics division as necessary

Role Requirements:

• An RGN, ideally with dermatology experience
• Experience of working with laser/IPL systems and/or with experience with dermal fillers, of benefit but not essential
• High reliance on drive and planning and organisational skills
• Willing to travel extensively within the UK
• Full training provided - will require travel
• Must have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Must have full, clean driving license (company car provided)
• The ideal candidate will be based in London.
