Novartis Animal Health is a leading international company that specialises in providing pharmaceuticals for the prevention and treatment of animal diseases.

We are now looking to recruit a Territory Manager (South Region) that is responsible for achieving/exceeding the sales targets for his/her territory and the effective implementation of local sales plans.

The successful candidate will comfortably display the following attributes:

1.Achieve semi-annual and annual sales targets.

2.Efficiently manage territory related expenses

3.Responsible for managing all sales to Companion Animal Veterinary practices in a defined area of the UK/Ireland.This includes performing day to day activities of the territory and actively promoting the company and Novartis Animal Health products to ensure the success of the territory.

4.Responsible for launching new products to veterinary customers.

5.Implement sales actions and sales campaigns.

6.Maintains accurate records and documents activities and initiatives through ETMS system on a daily basis.

7.Develop and implementing strategic sales, marketing and technical brand activities (roundtable discussions, dinner meetings, lunch meetings, CPD events, etc) in support of Novartis Companion Animal Brands.

8.Provide technical training and technical sales support to vet and veterinary staff members.

9.Handles routine administrative duties by utilizing computer capabilities and software to complete call reports, forecasts, monthly reports, expense reports, etc.

10.Participate in all relevant local and regional veterinary conferences and trade shows as required, representing the company in a professional manner.
